These terms form the basis of the contractual rules surrounding any of our prize draws, competitions, promotions, offers or general terms of sale on products and services offered by Gary Baddley Hair Stylists.

 

1. Our promotional offers, unless otherwise stated, are with selected stylists only and can range from a senior stylist to a junior stylist.
    

2. One promotion or offer cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion or offer.
    

3. Vouchers and money off deals will hold a cash value of £0.00 and cannot be redeemed against anything other than the advertised offer.
    

4. All offers are subject to removal if the management feels that the offer has reached its capacity for which it was originally intended.
    

5. All vouchers and promotions are strictly one offer per person (unless otherwise stated).
    

6. An excess charge may be applied for long and/or thick hair on promotional offers. 
    

7. Deposits are non-refundable.
    

8. The Salon Directors decision is final and binding.
